When I went to Bridal Trousseau, I had only been to one other bridal shop, but I was looking for something very specific. From the minute I walked in, they treated me like family. The girls were so helpful and knowledgeable, and NOT PUSHY! That was a big thing for me. I found my dress there after they showed me 3 dresses. Also, shopping for bridesmaids dresses was the best experience! They let my girls and I (there were 10 of us) look through all the dresses and try on any and all of them that we wanted. There was an issue with the dress I picked not coming in the correct color I wanted, and Tim called the designer right away and when we found that dress did not come in the color I wanted, he quickly researched another designer and found the exactly same style dress I had originally picked out in the color I needed. They are wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bridal shop who is extremely efficient. They have been wonderful from the very start.
